Loved my 7 Sorrows Rosary. Only thing I was disappointed with was the sorrow beads. 3 of them were the crucifixion and I thought each one was going to be each of the 7 sorrows. But beautifully made and delicate.
We are pleased with the crosses we purchased. They are both beautiful and of great quality
I like my necklace and just wish others manufactured to match the clarity and sharpness shown in the marketing - it is lovely and has good weight and I like it. Just not exactly what I was expecting is all.
Beautiful and powerful protection for my home.
Very happy with service, quality of Icon, quick replies over shipping delays.
Thank you
Very good product and communication from company was great from start to finish
We had some issues at the beginning. The AI images make it impossible to tell what the actual size is going to look like. Mine is the 14"
The delivery was great, the problem wasn't the speed of dispatch, rather the issue lay with the company delivering the product once in Australia.
I'm very impressed with the quality, detail and gold painting. The stand doesn't really fit perfectly but I tiny bit of wax sorted it out.
I will be buying the larger 20" now I know what the 14" looks like.
Its a little dark for me on the stain that was applied, but it is ok, thats not my real concern, as it is still very nice. However, for a 20â piece that cost $186, you could have at least put the mounting bracket on this item. The one sent has a âvery small screwâ and will likely not carry the weight on placing this on the wall. I am afraid that the wood will crack if I put in a little larger and longer screw in. I shouldnât have to do this⌠this item should be âready to hangâ.
Thank you for your feedback, and we completely understand your concern.
This piece is primarily designed as a decorative display piece. The small screw and hanging hardware are included as an additional option for customers who prefer to display it on a wall.
The screw is intentionally kept short because the carving is made from solid wood. Using a longer screw directly into the back of the carving could penetrate the wood, damage the front surface, or increase the risk of cracking.
We understand that, especially for a 20-inch piece, you expected it to arrive fully ready to hang, and we apologize that this was not made clearer. We would not recommend replacing the included screw with a much longer screw directly into the carving.
Thank you as well for your kind words about the piece itself. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take your comments about the mounting setup into consideration for future improvements.
The ring does not look as flawless as the picture. Nice weight to it.
Thank you for your feedback. Weâre glad you like the weight and feel of the ring, though weâre sorry the finish did not look as flawless as you expected from the photos.
Because each sterling silver ring is individually finished, there can be slight variations in the surface texture and detailing. However, we still want every piece to meet a high standard and look beautiful when received.
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and weâll use your feedback to continue improving our finishing and quality inspection.
This cross is absolutely stunning in person. The detail is beautiful and perfect!
