We had some issues at the beginning. The AI images make it impossible to tell what the actual size is going to look like. Mine is the 14"
The delivery was great, the problem wasn't the speed of dispatch, rather the issue lay with the company delivering the product once in Australia.
I'm very impressed with the quality, detail and gold painting. The stand doesn't really fit perfectly but I tiny bit of wax sorted it out.
I will be buying the larger 20" now I know what the 14" looks like.
Its a little dark for me on the stain that was applied, but it is ok, thats not my real concern, as it is still very nice. However, for a 20” piece that cost $186, you could have at least put the mounting bracket on this item. The one sent has a “very small screw” and will likely not carry the weight on placing this on the wall. I am afraid that the wood will crack if I put in a little larger and longer screw in. I shouldn’t have to do this… this item should be “ready to hang”.

This piece is primarily designed as a decorative display piece. The small screw and hanging hardware are included as an additional option for customers who prefer to display it on a wall.
The screw is intentionally kept short because the carving is made from solid wood. Using a longer screw directly into the back of the carving could penetrate the wood, damage the front surface, or increase the risk of cracking.
We understand that, especially for a 20-inch piece, you expected it to arrive fully ready to hang, and we apologize that this was not made clearer. We would not recommend replacing the included screw with a much longer screw directly into the carving.
