Archangel Michael Solid wood carving gift - Hand carved from a whole piece of wood
The angel should...must look strong and masculine. Powerful. Triumphant...and the artist who created this piece has correctly rendered this image accurately. Hanging on the wall however, the facial and body details are lost in the single color of the wood stain chosen. I realize this is a mass-produced copy of the artist's original, but lacks the visual appeal to the eye - due to the single color choice rendered here. In final analysis, the piece does not look like the image shown here on the website. Nevertheless, it proudly hangs on my wall to loudly declare the final triumph over evil.
