Our Return Policy

📦 Return Eligibility

We have a 3-day refund policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at service@bgcopper.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and correct the issue.

🛑 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Important: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item (once approved), and make a separate purchase for the new item.

💰 Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Bank or credit card processing may take additional time.
