The BGCOPPER VIP Rewards Program is a free loyalty program for eligible customers. This policy explains how points are earned and how rewards may be redeemed when the program is active.
1. Eligibility
To join, you must have a registered BGCOPPER customer account and complete at least one eligible purchase. Registration alone does not qualify an account for VIP membership. Sign in with the same customer account used for your purchase so that we can connect eligible activity to your VIP account.
2. Earning points
- Earn 3 points for each US$1 of eligible merchandise value after discounts.
- Points are calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal only. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, gift cards, and other excluded items do not earn points.
- Fractional points are rounded down at the order level.
- Points begin accumulating from the published program launch date. Purchases made before that date do not earn retroactive points, although a prior eligible purchase may establish membership eligibility.
- Points may take time to appear while an order is processed.
3. Rewards
All signed-in customers may view the rewards catalog. A customer must meet the VIP eligibility requirements and have enough available points before redeeming a reward.

4. Redeeming a reward
- Sign in to your BGCOPPER customer account.
- Open the VIP Rewards page in your account.
- Select an available reward and redeem the required points.
- Copy the reward code and enter it at checkout.
Reward codes apply to ordinary eligible products and exclude gift cards. Each code is customer-specific, may be used once, and cannot be combined with another discount. There is no minimum purchase requirement. If the reward value is greater than the eligible merchandise subtotal, the discount is limited to that subtotal; no balance or cash value is issued for the unused amount.
Reward codes currently do not expire. An account may hold up to 20 unused reward codes. Points and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or applied to a previous purchase.
5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Points earned from an order may be reduced or removed if that order is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, or otherwise becomes ineligible. This adjustment may result in a negative points balance.
If an order paid with a VIP reward is fully refunded, the points used for that reward may be restored once after the refund is processed. Partial refunds generally do not restore redeemed points. Any discount code created for a redemption remains subject to its single-use status.
6. Account and program integrity
We may review, correct, suspend, or close a VIP account where points or rewards were issued in error, obtained through fraud or abuse, or used in violation of these terms. Customers are responsible for keeping their account secure.
7. Program changes
BGCOPPER may update earning rules, rewards, exclusions, or these terms prospectively. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply subject to applicable law.
