Protect the Wood and Plan the Wall Carefully

Large carvings should be installed on a structurally suitable wall using hardware appropriate for the finished weight and wall material.

  • Keep the carving indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, and rapid temperature changes.
  • Remove surface dust gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth or a very soft brush.
  • Do not use water, alcohol, chemical cleaners, abrasive products, or polishing compounds.
